By creating an account or using Thumblify in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Thumblify is an AI-powered tool that generates YouTube thumbnail designs from a video title, niche, and optional face photo. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period, as described on our pricing page.

You agree to use Thumblify responsibly. In particular, you may not use the service to:

• Generate illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Upload or use another person's photo or likeness without their explicit consent.
• Generate thumbnails intended to deceive viewers about the content of a video (e.g. deliberate misinformation) or that infringe on the intellectual property of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the underlying AI models or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. Billing terms and any payment method requirements for your selected plan are shown before you confirm.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with prior notice.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact support@thumblify.co within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong.

You own the thumbnails you generate. Once created, you're free to use, publish, and monetize them however you like, including commercially on your own YouTube channel or elsewhere.

The Thumblify name, logo, website, and underlying software remain the property of Thumblify. You may not copy, resell, or white-label the service itself without written permission.

Thumblify is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any impact on video performance, channel monetization, or third-party platform decisions (such as YouTube policy enforcement). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or with a notice on the site. Continued use of Thumblify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
